Exchange & Return Policy

Made-to-Order Products

At Glowing Traditions, each of our LED holiday signs is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are specially crafted for each order, we have an exchange-only policy and do not accept returns for refunds due to a change of mind or buyer preference.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@glowingtraditions.co. All exchanges must be approved by us before an item is shipped back.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is necessary due to an error on our part.

Because our products are made to order, exchanges are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your sign arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement part, replacement product, or exchange. If the issue is caused by an error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Since each sign is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once production has begun, cancellations and modifications may no longer be possible.

Orders that cannot be fulfilled within the promised timeframe will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Important Information

No refunds for buyer preference: We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, no longer want the item, or decide it does not suit your needs.
Made-to-order products: Each sign is prepared specifically for your order, which limits our ability to resell returned items.
Product care: Please follow the product instructions for proper setup, use, and storage.
Your consumer rights: Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.
